TRANSPORTES CÁNDIDO 2000, S.L. has implemented and promotes a BBS Program, which stands for "Behavior-Based Safety", a safety program both in driving and in loading and unloading operations whose objective is to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace by modifying employee behavior.
A BBS program consists of the following phases:
- Planning: This defines the goals and objectives of the BBS program and determines the scope of the program. It also involves the selection of the personnel who will lead and implement the program and training according to the level of participation.
- Observation: The BBS team conducts observations from the checklist, documents and records employee behavior in the workplace.
- Feedback: the BBS team provides feedback to employees based on the data collected during the observation phase. Feedback is usually positive and constructive, highlighting safe and effective behaviors and suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of the BBS program by collecting additional data and feedback from employees to determine if the program has achieved its goals and objectives. Based on the results, the organization can make adjustments to the program to improve its effectiveness.
