• To offer logistics and road freight transportation services of the highest quality, with the highest safety standards, at competitive prices and meeting customer requirements and commitments without delay with respect to the contracted dates of the same, in each service.

• Promptly resolve any non-conformity, giving immediate knowledge of the same to the interested parties and try to prevent it in order to achieve continuous improvement.

• Provide continuous training to all employees and promote Safe Driving/BBS programs to increase safety during transports by positively influencing the attitudes and behaviors of operators and carriers through observation, training, communication and feedback.

   

• We will provide our workers with a safe and reliable working environment by developing good practices consistent with the best health and safety standards, including legal requirements, safety requirements specific to the operations performed and facilities, as well as contractual requirements.

• Maintain a preventive approach that favors the environment while encouraging initiatives that promote greater environmental responsibility.

• Ensure the protection of people, infrastructure, operations, information technology and communications against damage, malicious use or theft.

• Comply with local employment laws and regulations, local health and safety regulations and applicable legal requirements.

• It is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages and/or any hallucinogenic or narcotic substance and to report to work habitually in a state of drunkenness or drug addiction whenever this has a negative impact on work.    

• Ensure respect for human rights, support freedom of association and collective bargaining and the elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labor, child labor and comply with balanced work schedules promoting the stability of the workforce.

• Ensure fair business by working against corruption in all its forms, including extortion, bribery, fraud, money laundering and anti-competitive practices.
